INDUCTION CEREMONY

This is where your journey officially begins. The Coachman Induction Ceremony welcomes you as a new Coach. Held in Coachman’s Online Auditorium, this 30-minute event is led by Ira Curry— the King of Business and Founder of the Business Celebrity Movement. During the ceremony, you’ll be formally introduced to the Coachman community, guided through the House sorting process, and learn about opportunities to apply for exclusive leadership roles within the platform. It’s your first step into a world designed to help you grow as a Coach, a Business Icon, and a Business Celebrity.

During the ceremony, you’ll receive your official welcome to Coachman and be sorted into your House—a close-knit group of other coaches that will support you throughout your journey. You’ll also learn about leadership opportunities, such as Head of the House or High Coach of Experiences, which give you a chance to take on more responsibility and influence within your community. This is your moment to begin building connections, gaining guidance, and positioning yourself for growth inside Coachman.

At the end of the Induction Ceremony, you’ll be fully equipped to start building out your business empire. You’ll be assigned your House and your Accountability Coach, and you’ll receive access to your private House and our exclusive social media platform to connect with fellow coaches.
